Appointment Policies
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no show.
Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given with at least 24 hours notice for 1 dog, or 48 hours for multiple dogs; otherwise will be considered a no show.
After two no call/no show appointments, clients are removed from our client list.
Payments are currently accepted by cash ONLY.
All dogs must be collected within 15 minutes of their groom ending. After this a holding fee of $10 per 30mins will be charged.
All dogs must be on a lead during pick up and drop off.
Female dogs in season are to be rescheduled. If a female is found to be in season during a groom the appointment will end immediately. The full groom price will be owed.
De-skunk services are available after hours by request. Price varies.
Important Policy Updates
A few updates to our policies as our schedule continues to fill up:
Cancellation & No-Show Fee
Last minute cancelations, reschedules, and no-shows will owe 50% of services missed before the next appointment is able to be booked. This is not a deposit towards the next appointment.
First Time Client Policy
First time clients that no-show or cancel last minute (see policy 2) will be removed from our client list and unable to book any future appointments.
We understand that appointment times don't always work out, but please notify us as soon as possible. Being a small business, an empty appointment slot is lost income, and we have so many requests for appointments that it is not fair to other clients.
